Getting through the week

After yet another week of not feeling good, I think we are FINALLY on the mend, as long as we can keep Daddy healthy. Here are some pictures from this week....not much excitement, lots of napping and laying around. Grandma came down Tuesday to take care of Claire while mommy was sick, lots of thanks for her help! And thank goodness for a new toy that entertained her all day Wednesday!

Happy Halloween

So with a sick momma and a sick baby we still managed to be festive and make the best out of Claire's first Halloween. After napping all day we got our little black cat all dressed and celebrated a great Halloween. We walked in the neighborhood parade, took lots of fun pictures, and trick o treated at the neighbors. All in all a good night. Enjoy the pictures!

Presenting the cutest black cat you've ever seen....

7 Months Old

Growing, growing, growing.....

So another month has passed and what a big girl we have. She weighs 14 lbs/4 oz, has two bottom teeth (and I'm pretty sure we're working on more), rolling everywhere, sitting completely on her own, eating 3 meals a day with milk inbetween (she LOVES her big girl food), talking nonstop, and making us laugh all the time.

She is so much fun!

Daddy traveled a lot this week, so we have been keeping ourselves busy. We are enjoying the beautiful fall weather here, we take walks every afternoon to look at the leaves changing color and falling from the trees. We got some new books at the library and even snuck in a lunch with daddy before he left on Thursday.

Here are a few photos from the week (as you can tell the highchair is my new favorite spot, always a photo op).
