We were sad to have missed our weekend camping retreat with our Sunday school class from Charlotte this past weekend, but I have to admit that even with a sick child, we had lots of fun!

Saturday night we went to Jackson's first birthday party at The Little Gym and someone had a blast! It definitely brought back some fun Gymboree memories and even with feeling under the weather, Claire couldn't get enough! (Probably explains the coughing all night that followed!)

Rainy Wednesday Morning

We are keeping Buddy this week and he is totally distraught over where his dad is! He's been sitting at the front door watching for Tyler since he dropped him off...he's pitiful (I couldn't help but post this)!

Columbus Day

Daddy had the day off and we spent a fun family afternoon. We had lunch out, spent an hour playing in a really cool toy store (although we came out with a busted lip), got a pumpkin & a "crow" (scarecrow), and of course ended our adventure with ice cream!

Visit with Gamma and Pawpaw

Claire had a great weekend with grandparents in town. Friday night she got to hang out just the 3 of them while Chris and I got a night out to go see Zac Brown Band. It was a fun night out and she had a blast with grandma and grandpa! Saturday we went downtown and enjoyed lunch and ice cream in Market Square and then got to go see where daddy works.

She fell in love with Caitlyn's baby stroller next door and so we spent a whopping $8 on one and I believe got our money's worth within the first hour of owning it. She wants to do it all the time and is constantly asking to "puush" her baby!
